Men teams will be accommodated in the Uni-Hotel, women teams will be accommodated in the University dormitories (next to the Uni-Hotel) in 2, and 2×2 bedded rooms (student type). WiFi is available in both buildings. However, if you want a more stable connection, all rooms also have DSL cabled internet connection, but you have to bring your own cables. Entry to the accommodation buildings only permitted with accreditation card.
Between 10 pm and 7 am guests must take care not to make any noise in public places inside dormitories and hotel rooms.
Meeting rooms
6 meeting rooms are accessible in the accommodation buildings (3 / building, 2 equipped with TV) upon request (Event Office) in order of registration. One reservation is for 45 minutes.

Within the campus there are several other facilities: restaurants, shops, post office, medical room, dentist, gift shop, book shop, library, as well as entertainment and sport facilities.
Laundry service
Laundry service will be available in Uni-Hotel (Event Office), and in University dormitories (Women accommodation building, ground floor). One team member is required to bring all team laundry in 90 minutes after the team’s match, and can be picked up 30 minutes before the transfer on the next day in the Event Office. The price for 1 set (1 team dress – shirt, pants, warmup t-shirt) is 1 € (example: 12 athletes who bring 12 sets = 12 €). The number of the imparted sets will be registered.
Important: The warmup t-shirts will only be accepted for laundry if the university sign can be unambiguously identified.

4-star hotel within a 10 minutes walking distance from the downtown area, 10 minutes drive from the campus(7perc a csarnoktól), in the neighbourhood of the City Sports Hall. The Hotel has 3 single rooms, 33 double rooms and 3 appartments. Each rooms are spacious, equipped with individually controlled air-conditioning, private bath (shower), LCD TV, minibar and wifi.
